Online Session Terms
Please read the following terms carefully before choosing a session time and completing your booking.
Booking Must Be Made by the Client
The client must book the session personally; another person cannot book on their behalf.
Age
Online sessions are available for clients between 25 and 60 years old.
Session Format
ImportantThe session is conducted via Google Meet and must be by video, not audio only.
Previous Medication Use
Important NoticeThe client must not have taken medication with psychological effects for at least one month.
Session Duration
The session lasts 50 minutes.
Session Fee
The online session fee is IQD 75,000.
Diagnosis, Reports & Prescriptions
ImportantThe doctor does not provide a diagnosis, reports, or a prescription during or after the session.
Payment
The session fee must be paid before the appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel more than 2 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund or reschedule. If cancellation occurs later or is not reported, half of the session fee is refunded.

The in-person session fee is IQD 100,000.
Diagnosis & Medical Reports
ImportantThe doctor does not provide a diagnosis or medical reports during or after the session.
Payment
The session fee must be paid before the appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel an in-person session more than 24 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund or reschedule. If cancellation occurs later or is not reported, half of the session fee is refunded.
